Requirements
- 2+ years of professional landscaping experience
- Valid Florida Drivers License & experience driving a truck and trailer (will be tested backing up)
- Must have reliable transportation to Mandarin
- Excellent proficiency with string trimmers aka weed eaters (will be tested on various fence lines, borders & ditches)
- Experience with
- hedge trimmers
- edgers
- blowers
- zero-turn mowers
- Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to teach and manage colleagues in a tactful manner
- Must be able to implement foreman/supervisor instructions and company vision at all times
- Must be hard working and have a great attitude everyday
- Must be flexible and reliable
- Must be willing to learn new methods of doing things and new skills of all sorts
- Must have good leadership skills
RoundUp License and spraying experience also desired but not required.
